Payment Terms
Hiddo wear ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in Danish kroner and are incl. 25% VAT.
Hiddo Wear uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

We will handle your order as soon as we receive it to ensure fast delivery. You are welcome to contact us at info@hiddowear.com as soon as possible if you have any changes to your order. If the order has already been processed and sent, it will not be possible to change.

Unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation, delivery takes place as soon as possible. Hiddo Wear strives for orders to be concluded before noon. 12 to Denmark sent the same day.

Normally it is ordered promotion 1-2 days after order within Denmark and 7-8 days abroad. Hiddo Wear reserves the right to make part deliveries. If stated, a delivery time promised, it applies subject to force majeure, accident, possible delay of ordered materials and delay of fabrication, as a result of workshop accidents and delays from the seller’s subcontractors. If there is a delay, both the buyer and Manar Wear may, by registered notice to the other party, release themselves for the purchase / sale, provided the delay exceeds 3 months.

The warranty is granted according to the Buying Act in 2 years. The warranty applies only to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
In case of faults and defects, please contact us at info@hiddowear.com with pictures and description of the error before sending the goods back to us.
Hiddo Wear will not cover return costs.

Please note that we are up to 14 days to process your warranty product. When we receive your package, we will contact you to get your account information so we can transfer the amount to you. When the money is transferred up to 3 working days before the money is in your account. We do not refund the shipping fee.

There are 14 days full swap on goods purchased in our webshop. Please note that we only switch to another item and that we do not return the money.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition and quantity as on receipt, ie. they must be in the same packaging as at reception and have a price tag.
